For Progressive Business & Group Leaders

Patients, Customers and Group Members come to your company or organization for specific services and you are proud of the culture you have created for them. You do what you can to make sure no one feels excluded.

What if you could easily let them know they are welcome to show up as their true selves, free from any sort of discrimination or judgement? We have the answer for you!

Download the Pledge, sign it, and post it. Display The Heart on Your Sleeve Project™ symbol in plain view. The message will come across loud and clear that you accept and respect people just as they are. Show that your company is a place where inclusivity and trust are core values.

For Essential Teachers

Students already know that you go above and beyond to make sure they thrive academically. Now you can also show how much you care about their emotional well-being. The past few years have brought new pressures and traumas to young people’s lives. Your students are suffering in ways that only you see. They are looking for guidance and need to know they can trust you now more than ever.

We have created a way to help you.

The Heart on Your Sleeve Project™ is a must for your school community. When you sign and share the Pledge and display the heart symbol, you are encouraging a student to share his/her/their true self. Teachers and school leaders who openly share the heart symbol on bulletin boards, classroom doors, and laptops are stating that their school is a safe space. Your students deserve this.

For Student Leaders

You have a lot on your to-do list and a lot on your mind.

How do you know when it’s safe to talk about these things? Who who can you turn to? Look for The Heart on Your Sleeve Project™ symbol. The teacher displaying it wants you to know that they are open-minded and ready to earn your trust. If your school or club does not have this symbol displayed, ask them to start! Together we can help make your school a better place.

Lead by Example

A call to action for community leaders, the mission is clear and the ask is simple.

The mission? To highlight a global community of organizations that are committed to listening to their members and accepting them unconditionally, regardless of circumstance or identity. The ask? Download and sign the Pledge, distribute it and post in plain view, order stickers and pass them out to the community as a reminder of the Pledge. The name and logo of your organization will show up on the “Community” section of our website, thus generating a portfolio of companies and organizations dedicated to creating a positive, accepting environment.
